While the Pink Boots Collaboration beers can go many directions, we chose to go big with a West Coast style Double IPA. This year’s Yakima Chief Pink Boots blend was too good not to just go for it. With 90 IBUs and big hop flavor, this is still a balanced beer that is easy to drink. Brewed with the help of members of the Pink Boots society which happen to also be members of the Bewilder team, we couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. The label art was also done by a local artist Sadie Burzan! #pinkbootsbrew
Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day®. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer goes to the Pink Boots Society.
Craft Malt Certified™ seal
This seal is designed to help bridge the “grain to glass” divide and connect local grain farming families with brewers, and their customers. A portion of malt used at Bewilder is regional sourced and locally malted at Solstice Malting Company. Doing this not only keeps more money in the local economy by supporting small businesses and farmers, but reduces the carbon footprint needed to make our delicious beer.
Brewers Association Independent Craft Brewer Seal
“Independent craft brewers continue to turn the beer industry on its head by putting community over corporation and beer before the bottom line... These small businesses give back to their backyard communities and support thousands of cities and towns across the U.S.,” said Bob Pease, president & CEO, BA.
