Floor Malted Maris Otter malt, Munich malt, Medium Crystal malt, DRC malt, Warrior hops, Golding hops, ESB yeast.
DESCRIPTION:
As a tribute to the first beer we ever made at Bewilder, our Select Anniversary Ale is a very big brother to our ESB. Similar to our standard barrel aged Double ESB we brewed this with traditional floor malted English grains, hops, and yeast, but our brewers selected their favorite single barrel that stood out with unique and unequalled complexity. This year’s Select was pulled from a ruby port barrel that was previously used by High West Distillery for their Double Rye Whiskey. This is a very limited beer
