Tasting notes from our head brewer Steven: "To me this beer is full of doughy fresh baked bread with a classic French/Belgian saison one-two punch of spicy phenol and bubble gum. Kinda reminds me a lot of zebra stripe gum but for grownups. There's a nice lemon meringue thing and almost like a bay leaf and herbal tea like note. I personally really like this beer. Maybe one of my favorite recent beers we've made. But then again I love saison."
