DosHazyBoi

ACCOLADES:
BEER STYLE:
Double Dry Hopped - Double North East IPA
INGREDIENTS:
Low Color Maris Otter, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Citra hops,
El Dorado hops, Mosaic hops, Sabro hops,  English Ale Yeast
DESCRIPTION:
At 8%, this is pretty big beer for Bewilder, but at its core, this
style is for beer lovers fascinated by hops. The late hopping,
indicative of the NEIPA style, provides the same intense hop
experience through flavor and aroma instead of, but not without,
mild bitterness. We use, Citra, Sabro, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops,
which produces a huge tropical fruit aroma and flavor dominated
by pineapple with mild citrus, but there is no fruit juice in this
beer.
HISTORY:
The Northeast IPA style evolved somewhat organically. Many point to breweries like Hill Farmstead and The Alchemist in Vermont as pioneers of the style, and since those early, unfiltered beers first found an audience, the profile has spread quickly throughout the region and beyond.
