Hazy Days

BEER STYLE / STATS:

Hazy Pale Ale / 5.0 ABV, 20 IBU, 4 SRM

DESCRIPTION:
This is our 5% hazy pale ale! Made with craft 2 row, wheat malt, honey malted oats, and flaked oats. Citra, Strata, and Sabro Hops (but these often change). Looking for a hazy pale ale featuring honey malted oats and rotating hops? This is it! With the use of very late addition hops and dry hopping techniques, hazy pales are refreshing any time of the year, but are particularly thirst quenching during the summer and on the beach!

MONSTER LORE:
Inspired by the many lake monster stories around Utah, this isn't any specific wild creature but one we imaging likes taking a dip now and then to stay cool during Utah's hot summers. With the many mountain lakes scattered through the Uinta mountains, we imaging there are things yet to be found.

BEER HISTORY:

While brewers engineered hazies to be a more approachable gateway to the sometimes bitter bombs of IPAs, double IPAs, triple IPAs, and even quadruple IPAs, they’re still IPAs meant to include some bitter hop expression.

Hazy pale ales, on the other hand, aren’t weighed down by their three-lettered friends. Free to roam the road to fruit-ition, these beers embrace the gracefulness of pulp and saturation.
